The Mirror reports that the couple had a ceremony in the San Juan islands aboard Young's yacht, then wed in front of close friends Saturday in California. The administrator of Young's blog also offered congratulations and reported that attendees of the Saturday event called it a "shindig." The news has yet to be officially confirmed, but on Saturday, Hannah posted a picture of an owl captioned, "someone's watching over us.... love & only love."
