Being in touch with nature is one thing. But gardening au naturel is quite another for some neighbors of a Florida man who's been doing yard work in the nude, per the AP. The miffed residents of Stuart say they've called the Martin County Sheriff's Office, but deputies have told them that as long as the man is not touching himself inappropriately, he's OK doing chores in the buff on his own property, reports WPBF. That leeway might be ending soon, however.

Sheriff William Snyder tells WFTV he believes the man's refusal to wear clothes has breached two statutes: lewd and lascivious behavior and breach of peace. He says authorities will begin taking statements from neighbors. They can start with Melissa Ny: "I came out Sunday night to put the trash out, and I look over and he is bent over, winding up his hose, and I'm like, 'That is my view of the neighborhood.'"
