Simpson, Romo Decide to Punt

(Newser) – Jessica Simpson’s career might not be her only problem. The struggling pop singer and quarterback boyfriend Tony Romo have broken up, friends tell Chicago blog These Boots Are Made For Stalking. The pair's reps deny it, but the well-publicized relationship—orchestrated by Simpson's father—was a media firestorm for Romo after Dallas fans dubbed his ditzy diva bad luck for the Cowboys.
