(NEWSER) - Lindsay Lohan is out of rehab , but she still has obligations: The actress is required by law to complete her 90-day program as outpatient therapy, including random drug tests twice a week, the LA Times reports. Besides the tests, Lohan must also attend four therapy sessions and five meetings with counselors each week. NM officials says controversial "Kid Nation" broke the law

(NEWSER) - CBS is defending its upcoming reality show “Kid Nation” against claims of child abuse and neglect, the Times reports. At least one participant’s parent complained to authorities in New Mexico, where CBS filmed 40 youngsters living alone in a ghost town, that her 11-year-old daughter’s face was burned with hot grease while cooking and that the show’s kid stars were unsupervised.
