A man identified in a surveillance video has been arrested in connection with the kidnapping and murder of Kansas teen Kelsey Smith, hours after her body was found in a park. Edwin R. Hall was recorded leaving a Target store shortly after Smith; another video showed her being forcing her into her car in the store's parking lot.

Hall is expected to be charged with kidnapping and first degree murder. His pickup truck also matches descriptions of the one which entered the parking lot just after Smith's car. Smith had been missing since Saturday. (More Kelsey Smith stories.)
