Paris Hilton is back in lockup after a courtroom scene worthy of a daytime soap, with the 26-year-old celebutante led from the room weeping and wailing, "Mom, Mom! It's not right!" Judge Michael Sauer, miffed that the scofflaw heiress had been sprung after just 3 days of a his 45-day sentence, remanded her after failing to get a good explanation—or any explanation—for why she was released to house arrest.

Sauer complained that  the sheriff's department had failed to provide the promised documents explaining her mysterious medical problem. He pointed out tartly that the jail has medical facilities that range from dialysis to chemotherapy, and emphasized: "The order is final and forthwith." (More Paris Hilton stories.)
