Don’t be fooled into thinking Barack Obama's hiring of Hillary Clinton’s ex-campaign manager is a play for unity; insiders say it’s a signal Clinton is not the future VP nominee. One Clinton bundler called the move the “biggest f--- you I have ever seen in politics.” Patti Solis Doyle will be the VP nominee's chief of staff, and she and Clinton didn't part on good terms.

The bundler even accused Doyle of being a source for Vanity Fair’s scathing piece on Bill Clinton. Friends of the Clintons are still “furious” with Doyle, an ex-staffer told CNN: She “grossly mismanaged our campaign.” One source says Solis Doyle wouldn’t have taken the job if her old boss was coming aboard too, the Huffington Post reports.
