(Newser) – The forthcoming tell-all by Madonna’s estranged brother Christopher Ciccone is a treasure trove of gossip, the New York Post reports. More juicy bits trickling out from Life With My Sister Madonna:

  • Madonna hung an a 8-by-12-foot photo of herself in S&M gear, lying on a bed with dead animals, in full view of her kids.

  • Hubby Guy Ritchie is homophobic.
  • Madge’s ex-hubby Sean Penn cut Ciccone’s thumb so they could be “blood brothers.”
  • After romping with JFK Jr., Madonna said, "I feel like I am repeating Marilyn and the president."
  • Madonna asked Dennis Rodman and then Melrose Place actor John Enos to father her baby before settling on Carlos Leon.
  • Warren Beatty sifted through Madonna’s garbage looking for evidence she was having an affair.

Amidst reports of an affair with A-Rod and divorce from Guy Ritchie, Madonna has another problem: her brother has penned a no-holds-barred memoir about her.
