(Newser) – Batman star Christian Bale was arrested today in London after his mother and sister accused him of assaulting them in his hotel suite over the weekend, the Daily Mail reports. The women lodged their complaints yesterday, but police waited until after last night’s London premiere of The Dark Knight to question him.

Bale made bail and released a statement through his lawyers denying the allegation, People reports.

(NEWSER) - Lost star Matthew Fox apparently had a crazy Saturday night: TMZ reports that he was detained by cops outside an Ohio bar after allegedly assaulting a female bus driver. It all started when Fox attempted to board the party bus she was driving, though he wasn’t a guest. Heather Bormann claims that as she tried to block him from coming on, Fox “started punching my crotch and breast.” Though he was handcuffed and detained, he was released without being arrested, but an assault report was taken and Bormann says she may press charges. Mystery surrounds Monday morning assault

(NEWSER) - Gavin DeGraw was released from the hospital yesterday after suffering a concussion, broken nose, black eyes, cuts, and bruises in a Monday morning assault . "Hi my friends. Honestly, I don't remember much," he posted—in a tweet his rep confirms to E! was by DeGraw himself. "I only know I can recover from here. Thank u all for your genuine concern. I love u guys." Cops: LiLo Did Commit Battery in Rehab

Findings are being forwarded to Lohan's probation officer

(NEWSER) - Lindsay Lohan might not be free for long. Detectives have concluded that the actress likely did commit battery in a confrontation with a rehab staffer last month and they're forwarding their findings for possible prosecution. "The investigation determined Ms. Lohan violated several aspects of her probation, including the battery," the Palm Desert Police Department said in a press release , adding that the department will notify Lohan's probation officer. It might be tough to make a case against Lohan, however. The worker is now saying she won't cooperate with prosecutors . More»
