Cops Fear Mom Killed Missing Florida Toddler

(Newser) – A Florida woman has been charged with child neglect and lying to investigators over the disappearance of her 2-year-old daughter, reports AP. Prosecutors say the child has been missing for more than a month, but her mom only reported her missing last week. Investigators have found evidence of decomposition in the mother's car and back yard.
