LAPD Chief Dishes on Brit, LiLo

Posted Aug 1, 08 11:42 CDT in Crime & Courts Arts & Living

(Newser) – LA's police chief said yesterday the city's paparazzi problems are under control now that Britney Spears has “started wearing clothes and behaving” and "Lindsay Lohan has gone gay." A proposed anti-paparazzi law is a "complete waste of time," William Bratton told KNBC-TV before a meeting about the need for restrictions.

"If the ones that attract the paparazzi behave in the first place, like we expect of anybody, that solves about 90 percent of the problem," he said. "The rest we can deal with."
