The distributors of National Lampoon's Pledge This are taking star Paris Hilton to court, E! Online reports. Hilton, who also gets a credit as executive producer of the 2006 straight-to-DVD comedy, failed to live up to her contractual obligation to give the movie reasonable publicity, the lawsuit charges. Distributors are seeking $75,000 in damages from the heiress, who made a million bucks on the movie.
