Tests on air samples from the trunk of Casey Anthony's car reveal that a dead body had been stored there, the Orlando Sentinel reports. Anthony's 3-year-old daughter, Caylee, has been missing since June, and Anthony is under house arrest in connection with the disappearance. Prosecutors have offered her partial immunity if she admits that Caylee died as a result of an accident.

In an early 911 call to police, Cindy Anthony—the missing girl’s grandmother—said it smelled as if a dead body had been in the car, but she later told reporters the odor was caused by rotting pizza. Meanwhile, the bounty hunter who helped Casey Anthony post bail said she's shown no interest in looking for her daughter. (More Caylee Anthony stories.)
