(Newser) – A Delta commuter flight from New York to Greensboro set down in Philadelphia yesterday after a passenger got into a dispute with a flight attendant. The passenger was a 4-year-old, and the dispute concerned how quickly the crew was serving apple juice. The incident, which was originally reported as an altercation with an adult, literally became a federal case.

An FBI spokeswoman told Fox Philadelphia the incident was a "minor disturbance," and KYW Newsradio said the feds and local cops declined to file charges. The 52 passengers arrived in North Carolina in the wee hours, according to the Greensboro News-Record; the paper reported that one person had been arrested, without saying whether the person was the 4-year-old.
