(Newser) – In less than a month, Sarah Palin has gone from virtual unknown to merchandising bonanza—at least online. From action figures, aka dolls, to a piece of toast with a pattern that supposedly resembled the Alaska governor, Palin accounts for a selection of items both broader and weirder than the keepsakes associated with the other three major candidates, Reuters reports.

"The day after McCain popped the big question to Palin, 105 Palin items were listed on eBay," says a rep for the auction site. "With the momentum from the Republican National Convention, Palin items took off, peaking at 554 listing in one day."
