California cops arrested Heather Locklear yesterday for driving under the influence of something—they're just not sure what, TMZ reports. No booze was involved and Locklear was released without bail, say police in Santa Barbara, Calif., who are still conducting drug tests. Her custody battle with ex-hubbie Richie Sambora may get intoxicating: He pleaded no contest to DUI earlier this year, with his daughter in the car.
