Sarah Palin drew a blank when Katie Couric asked her if she could name any Supreme Court decisions besides Roe vs Wade that she disagreed with, the Washington Post reports. The vice presidential candidate said she believed states should handle the big issues—but then failed to name a single case or even a subject area in which she disagrees with a top court ruling.
"Well, let's see. There's, of course, in the great history of America there have been rulings, that's never going to be absolute consensus by every American," Palin said, clearly stalling but still coming up empty. This despite the fact that Palin publicly supported the plaintiffs in the Exxon Valdez oil-spill compensation case that came before the court this year, and the high court ruled against them.
