Obama Says Hillary Is Old News

(Newser) – Presidential hopeful Barack Obama took a swipe yesterday at his main Democratic rival, Hillary Clinton, saying  "change can't just be a slogan" --a reference to the slogan she introduced just a few days ago, "Ready for Change, Ready to Lead."  In fact, her approach is more like “change – but not too much change,” says the Washington Post.

Clinton is campaigning in Iowa with her husband, Bill Clinton, who introduces her with glowing references to the 1990s when he was President. And she is promising to bring to govern in a similar way. Obama, meanwhile is trying to make that strategy backfire. “What we’re more interested in is looking forward, not in looking backward,” he said yesterday.
