NFL Benches Pacman Indefinitely

Posted Oct 14, 08 4:00 PM CDT in Crime & Courts Sports

(Newser) – Adam “Pacman” Jones has been suspended without pay from the NFL for at least the next four games, the Dallas Morning News reports. Roger Goodell benched the Cowboys cornerback—suspended all of last season for various run-ins with the law—indefinitely for a scuffle with his own bodyguards last week, and says he’ll determine the ultimate length of the punishment after the Cowboys’ Nov. 16 game.
