Was Casey Anthony trying to run? Shortly after being indicted on murder charges in the case of her missing daughter, Anthony was arrested under a highway bypass in Florida after swapping vehicles, the Orlando Sentinel reports. Details are sketchy, but police nabbed Anthony as she got out of a vehicle driven by her mother and into an SUV with an unknown driver. Whatever her motive, Anthony is back in the Orange County Jail tonight.

Earlier today, a grand jury indicted Anthony on 7 charges related to the disappearance of her 3-year-old daughter, Caylee, including first-degree murder. Other charges include providing false information to police. Anthony, who faces the death penalty if convicted, was not taken into custody after the indictment but instead remained free on a $500,000 bond. (More Casey Anthony stories.)
