Teen Mistress Accuses Cook of Taping Sex

Bianchi may file complaint against Brinkley's ex

(Newser) – Christie Brinkley may not be the only beauty battling Peter Cook in court. Diana Bianchi, Cook’s teenaged mistress when she worked at his New York office, is accusing him of videotaping their trysts without her knowledge. Bianchi’s lawyer says she may file a criminal complaint against the disgraced architect for second-degree unlawful surveillance, the New York Post reports.

“I have no comment on this crap,” said Cook, who suggested Bianchi is out for publicity. “Once again," her lawyer responded, Cook is "trying to blame Diana for his despicable acts." Cook has admitted to a $3,000-a-month Internet-porn habit and to posting racy videos of himself on the web. If convicted, he could face a maximum sentence of 3 years.
