SNL 'Bush' Endorses Squirming 'GOP' Pair
Darrell Hammond has been the resident John McCain impersonator on "Saturday Night Live" throughout the campaign.   (britethorn)

Will Ferrell reprised his role as a bumbling George Bush for last night's special edition of Saturday Night Live to force his endorsement on an extremely unreceptive GOP "ticket." Ferrell first explained to Tina Fey's Sarah Palin that the vice president tells a president what to do and that it's the most important job in the land. Then Darrell Hammond's reluctant "John McCain" arrived for a clearly unwelcome endorsement.

"John was there for me 90% of the time over the last eight years," said Ferrell as "McCain" squirmed and tried to yank his hand free. "When you think of John McCain, think of me. When you're in the voting booth, picture this face right here. A vote for John McCain is a vote for George W. Bush."
