(Newser) – Bianca Jagger must give up her rent-controlled Manhattan apartment of 20 years. The state's highest court ruled that she doesn't meet the "primary residence" clause because she has an American tourist visa. Mick’s ex-wife says the eviction was revenge for her 2003 lawsuit against the landlord, which claimed she got sick from toxic mold contamination, the New York Daily News reports.
