One of Hollywood's premier talent agents paraded around his office in the buff, exposed staff to porn, and talked about his A-list clientele in less than reverential terms, reports the New York Post, citing a former aide's revelations in a sex harassment suit. Todd Shemarya—who represents Brad Pitt, Angelina Jolie, Leonardo DiCaprio, and Jennifer Aniston—ridiculed "the size of Pitt's penis," and called him a "fag” for his "enthusiasm for clothes and architecture."

He also referred to Aniston as "an ugly bitch," his former assistant Heather Devlin alleges.
The aide says Shemarya, who denies the claims, also allegedly swiped a pair of vintage Cartier watches intended for Aniston and Pitt and got them engraved for a friend’s wedding present. "Devlin was exposed to a constant barrage of offensive sexual, racial and religious comments. TSA's celebrity clients would usually be the center of his ridicule," said her lawyer.
