Las Vegas justice rejects defense claims that jury foreman was racist

(Newser) – OJ Simpson won’t get a retrial in his Las Vegas robbery conviction, despite challenges raised by his attorneys, AP reports, with the presiding judge telling Simpson’s lawyers to take matters up with state appellate court. A lawyer for Simpson’s co-defendant today accused the jury foreman of racism, but the judge did not find the complaint credible.

Although it may sound bad .. I think that the feeling of most Americans on this issue is " OJ, you've got away with murder the first time, but in the end justice will prevail..." You have got what you deserved this time; " A fair trial"
