(Newser) – With the aid of her family, Amy Winehouse consulted lawyers about divorcing ex-con husband Blake Fielder-Civil hours after his release from prison last week. “Amy fears Blake's just after her money,” a source told the News of the World, adding Winehouse “smelt the roses” when he tried to get her to pay his $60,000 rehab bill.

“She has turned the corner,” the source said of Winehouse, reportedly worth at least $20 million. “Once she hung off his every word but now Blake has to fight for her attention.”

Blake Fielder-Civil was sentenced to 27 months in prison for perverting the course of justice and beating up a pub manager; he was released last week after serving less than half that time.
