Hef Is Like a Dad to Ex Kendra

Playboy founder will give former lover away

(Newser) – Hugh Hefner is more than just an ex of Girls Next Door star Kendra Wilkinson—he’s “like a father to her,” says Wilkinson’s fiancé, Hank Baskett. The Philadelphia Eagles receiver made sure to get Hef's blessing before popping the question, reports Us magazine. The two have been dating nine months and plan to wed at the Playboy Mansion in June.

"Both of us like to stay home and wear sweats than go out and party," says Baskett. "She's really down to Earth—that's what drew us to each other."
