(Newser) – An Arkansas man has sued McDonald's because nude photos of his wife on a cell phone he lost in one of the restaurants ended up on the Internet. When the man called the outlet, employees promised to keep the phone safe until he could collect it, reports the New York Daily News. He and his wife are suing for $3 million for suffering, embarrassment, and the cost of changing homes.

This story is almost as idiotic as the man who sued McDonalds because his coffee was to hot

This is absolutely ridiculous- like McDonalds would ever fall for this. They are not responsible for lost or stolen articles, and how does the court know that the husband didnt put the pictures on the internet himself? It was his fault he left the phone there and he will not win. This is a waste of taxpayer's money going to court for such an idiotic suit.

C'mon, this guy can't be serious. If he was idiotic enough to leave the pics on his cellphone and than lose the cellphone, he deserved it.
