(Newser) – Islamic extremists are being given training in how to use YouTube to spread anti-American propaganda, Reuters reports. A US-based terrorism monitoring organization discovered a posting on an extremist website that gives detailed instructions on best ways to use YouTube, and directions on finding software needed to utilize the site. The posting called for a "YouTube Invasion."

"I ask you, by Allah, as soon as you read this subject, to start recording on YouTube, and to start cutting and uploading and posting clips on the jihadist, Islamic, and general forums," said the posting on a jihadist website. "Shame the Crusaders by publishing videos showing their losses, which they hid for a long time."
