Franken's Lead Shrinking

Senate race still finely balanced

(Newser) – Al Franken's razor-thin lead in the Minnesota Senate race keeps getting narrower. The former Saturday Night Live writer holds a mere 48-vote lead over Republican Sen. Norm Coleman with most ballot challenges settled, down from the 251-vote advantage he had just last week, reports the Minneapolis Star Tribune.

There is still court action ahead by the Coleman campaign over 130 ballots alleged to have been double counted. Issues also linger over up to 1,600 absentee ballots that may have been improperly rejected. The state Canvassing Board meets again today.

Lula, my comment was about Franken and his satellite tv hat. Never watched SNL? (The unfortunate thing is that Al Franken was not even a good comedian!) I only mentioned B. Hussein b/c his coat tails would be the only way Franken would get any votes since Democrat voters are not very selective. And thank you for affirming that I am an INFIDEL! Still waiting for BHO's birth certificate, Yours truly, Infidel.

Minnesota should be embarassed. Can't you just see Franken on the Senate floor with a satellite dish on his head? What a joke. This should not even have been close. Thank you B. Hussein, the Messiah!
