Brit's Beau Meets Folks— or Is This a Hoax?

It seems like only yesterday Britney was shaving her head and dating bad boys—now she’s (supposedly) cooking dinner and introducing her new boyfriend to her parents, the Daily Mirror reports. A source claims Bollywood choreographer Sandip Soparrkar flew to the US to spend New Year’s Eve with the pop princess, but the Hollywood Gossip says the whole thing might be a hoax cooked up by manager Larry Rudolph to sell records in India.

“It was a small, intimate affair but Britney was desperate to introduce Sandip to her nearest and dearest,” the source tells the Mirror. “He flew in from India to meet the parents and it went fantastically well.” Just a bit hard to swallow, unless the “small, intimate affair” was the wedding of Brit’s brother Bryan, which the singer attended on New Year’s Eve, notes People. Who knows what to believe?
