A British man has been banned from carrying felt-tip pens, the Guardian reports. Police issued an "anti-social behaviour order" preventing David Jell, 49, from carrying pens or spray paint after he wrote rude comments about female acquaintances in public bathrooms. Jell was apparently also fond of writing dirty words on a newspaper and showing them to pedestrians while riding the bus.
