(Newser) – Even as one son packs his bags to leave the White House, former President Bush is waxing poetic about seeing another move in one day. And since "right now is probably a bad time" with Americans Bushed out, HW suggests Jeb Bush would make "an outstanding senator." Poppy Bush also defended the former Florida guv, telling Fox News that the media—particularly the New York Times—have been "grossly unfair" to the reigning president.

"There were some things that clearly he deserved criticism for," Bush says of Dubya. But "it's been tough on his mother and father. We're not very good sports about sitting around and hearing him hammered unfairly."

King, There's a time and place for everything. In some cases, less is more appropriate, especially in Lula's case. To continue in the same breath to contradict and correct, after her disclosure (and to even mildly chastise, in relation to your standards), was it not the inappropriate time or opportunity to due so...? Please, consider - there will be other times to discuss your posturing and disagreements. Perhaps now, isn't the time or place for discourse. More apropriately... a time for reflection. Personally, I couldn't fathom the lost of one of my children - never. Honestly, I don't think I could ever be happy again.

CK, Yes my son would be proud of me, and I am not Cindy Sheehan..get that through your sick head. Yes I am mad, my son died in vain and you probably did not ever serve your country. Just like GWB. I have respect for John McCain, he served his county but not the draft-dodging Bush. Your Commander-in-Chief is an ignorant peice of _____...so don't tell me what a great man he is. Where have his children been, when mine was fighting a Bush war. Out drinking an having parties. Get real.
