(Newser) – Accused murderer Casey Anthony headed back to a Florida jail after her first public appearance since October at a court hearing today, the Orlando Sentinel reports. At the hearing, held to determine restrictions on photos and X-rays of the corpse of Anthony’s daughter Caylee Marie, a judge granted defense attorneys access to the images with a secure, private computer system.

Casey Anthony’s team wants to be able to send evidence out of state, if need be, for examination by experts who could be called in her defense; the prosecution argues that tight controls are needed to prevent potentially graphic photos from ending up in the hands of the media. The judge agreed to some restrictions, but delayed details and implementation.

If you don't want your child, give them to someone who does, if convicted I hope she gets the same treatment she gave her precious daughter
