Gossip Girl Star's Divorce Turns Ugly

Sounds like something from her Gossip Girl script: Shortly after filing for divorce from her multi-millionaire hubby, 4-months-pregnant Kelly Rutherford, 40, fears he’ll fly the coop to his native Germany with their 2-year-old son Hermes, People reports. David Giersch, 34, has allegations of his own, claiming the actress is too busy with mani-pedis to take care of the boy.

“She threw a laptop computer at me while we were in Hamburg,” Giersch adds. “She smashed the computer on the table.” Claiming that Giersch has an unpredictable temper and that he once told her a German investigation could lead to his arrest, Rutherford last week filed court papers requesting he not be allowed to travel outside the US with Hermes.
