The former Harvard friends who unsuccessfully sued Facebook's founder two years ago for stealing their idea are trying again. They filed another suit in Massachusets federal court earlier this year; yesterday the judge said he'll rule in two weeks on whether to dismiss it.
The founders of ConnectU accuse Facebook's Mark Zuckerberg, who did some work for them at the time, of stealing their business model and source code. Separately, Facebook is suing ConnectU for stealing its email lists. A judge threw out the earllier suit. "These are claims that are much easier to claim than to prove," noted a lawyer.
