Oprah Winfrey has admitted to a brief flirtation with cocaine in the 1970s, but the media mogul’s drug history is actually much seedier, the National Enquirer reports. Oprah’s ex-lover has written a tell-all that claims the two regularly freebased coke in the 1980s, and saying she “was still under the influence while doing her show.”

Chicago businessman Randolph Cook blames Oprah for teaching him to smoke crack cocaine during their steamy 6-month affair. Court documents the Enquirer unearthed in 2007 seem to support his allegations. Why air this dirty laundry now? Cook is dying of esophageal cancer, the tabloid says, and blames Oprah for his problems.
