Dick Cheney pulled a muscle in his back while moving boxes and will be in a wheelchair for today's inauguration ceremony. The White House said that the outgoing vice president was helping move into his new home in McLean, Va., when he injured himself. Said Dana Perino, on her last day as White House press secretary: "The vice president is looking forward to being there for tomorrow's historic inaugural activities." (More Dick Cheney stories.)
