US Navy Hunts Hamas Arms Ship

Iran sends supplies to allies in Gaza

(Newser) – An American naval force is on the trail of a ship believed to be carrying Iranian arms bound for Hamas, the Times of London reports. Iran is working to resupply Hamas fighters in the wake of the three-week Israeli assault on Gaza using vessels purportedly sent to fight piracy along the African coast, according to Israeli intelligence.

One possible route for transporting the armaments to Hamas could be the infamous border tunnels into Gaza, say sources. Despite the Israeli bombings, an estimated 100 tunnels still operate across the border. Iran plans to bring rockets within 50 miles of Gaza, putting Tel Aviv and the Dimona nuclear reactor in range for the first time, according to the Israeli intelligence.

Gee wouldn't it be "tragic" if one of those hamass ships accidently opened fire on a U.S. Navy war ship?....I spent 4 years on a guided missle cruiser, which is now obsolete, and scrapped, and even then we could "reach out and say hello" from a loooooong way off......with AUTHORITY......Todays modern Naval warships? May god have mercy on what little may be left of thier souls, after a a few missles say "howdy"
