(Newser) – Rumer Willis may be the daughter of Bruce Willis and Demi Moore, but she’s no spoiled brat, the Daily Mail reports. She has babysat, worked at a Marc Jacobs, and earned the money for her Subaru Outback. Now, after her breakout role in The House Bunny, the 20-year-old is emerging as an actress in her own right. “I don’t have a one-way ticket to the top,” she says.

Most people’s idea of celebrity children is that they are trust-fund babies who don’t have any desire to work and are just going to ride their parents’ train. But I never wanted to be that girl. - Rumer Willis

I struggled like any other kid going through puberty. I was a total dork and I had braces and glasses and big frizzy hair. - Rumer Willis

I was not one of those girls who was given a Lexus
to drive at 16; I had a Subaru Outback and had to earn it. - Rumer Willis
