(AP) – Two US helicopters crashed today in northern Iraq, killing four American troops, the military said. The military said the crash happened at about 2:15am local time and it "does not appear to be by enemy action." Iraqi officials said the crash site was located about 180 miles north of Baghdad. All the dead were Americans, said a US military rep.

If troops don't die as a result of enemy fire or IED's , they don't get counted as causalities. Far more have died in Iraq and Afghanistan than the four thousand or so that are the "official" count. I thank God my nephew came home with all of his limbs and his mind and heart healthy.

We need to leave Bush's war. The sooner we get out, (where we don't belong) the better. This war has taken so many of our sons and daughters, but none of Bush's or Cheney's. God Bless our troops.
