HS Benches Racy Dance Team

A Georgia high school dance team has been barred from practicing or performing this year after a provocative routine drew parents' ire, the Atlanta Journal-Constitution reports. The girls wore skimpy outfits while dancing atop chairs during halftime at a school basketball game. “The team will not perform for the remainder of the year, nor will they represent the school,” a spokeswoman for the district said.
