(Newser) – A Wisconsin teen has been arrested for allegedly using Facebook to sexually blackmail male students at his former high school. Anthony Stancl, 18, solicited naked photos of at least 31 boys by pretending to be female. He then forced at least seven, all underage, to perform sexual favors to keep the pictures from being distributed at school, reports the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel.

Stancl faces a dozen charges, including repeated and multiple sexual assaults and possession of child pornography. He’s also accused of several bomb threats against the school, and faces a total maximum penalty of 300 years. The scheme unraveled when one of the victims came forward, drawing the line when the accused asked for naked photos of his brother, too.

Stop criminalizing the victims! To say "out of 31 boys none of the kids had common sense to report it sooner" or "be tougher" is naive and condescending! imagine being a child that has been treated this way at that age and you might know, what they went through! Self righteousness is not something you be should be spewing out with a story like this!
