Researchers caution, however, that sunscreen remains the best skin cancer prevention.
Scientists knew caffeine and exercise can help destroy precancerous cells, but the impact of the two together came as a surprise. "We got more than an additive response, so one and one, instead of two, equals four," says the lead researcher. The Rutgers professor tells the Bergen Record that his own coffee consumption is "two, maybe three" cups daily.
