Finally, someone who appreciates Michael Phelps’ less obvious talents. Gurkha Cigars has offered the toking Olympian $25,000 to be its official "smokesperson," reports TMZ. In a letter, the company said it wanted Phelps to “do what you do best—smoke and swim.
