Former President Bush is scheduled to give his first major speech since leaving office to an audience in Calgary, Canada, reports the Globe and Mail. Bush will address a private audience of 1500 at an event next month organized by the city's Chamber of Commerce. Invitations said Bush will speak on "eight momentous years" and current "challenges." The organization refused to divulge ticket prices
