Congratulations are probably in order for YouTube’s latest celebrity: a Chinese woman whose temper tantrum at Hong Kong’s international airport has become the viral sideshow du jour, attracting more than half a million viewers to date. After missing her flight to San Francisco, the hysterical woman charges the security guard at the departure gate, then screams at the top of her lungs for 3 solid minutes.

At one point, the woman rolls around on the ground screaming, “I want to go, I want to go,” in Cantonese, while a Cathay Pacific staff member says, “Don’t be so upset, don’t be so emotional.” Embarrassing stuff, sure, but Gawker’s Ryan Tate feels her pain. “In a way, everyone, somewhere inside, has missed a Hong Kong to San Francisco flight, and felt like staging an impromptu Chinese opera.” (More YouTube stories.)
