Rihanna 'Torn' By Anger, Love

Statement irked her, but she still loves him

(Newser) – Rihanna is “torn” over cooperating with police to build a case against Chris Brown—but she’s not the only one who’s conflicted. The story, an Us Weekly report in the New York Daily News, comes on the heels of a Chicago Sun-Times report that the singer was “royally pissed off” by Brown’s “cavalier and arrogant” public statement: “He should have expressed more contrition,” said a source.

Rihanna, still recovering in Barbados, is suffering from “endless headaches” that led her to visit a doctor Friday, Us reports, and doctors are “concerned about the contusions on the sides of her head.” Even so, “she keeps saying she still loves him” and is worried about how jail time might affect his career.
