(Newser) – Rihanna’s father supports her decision to stay with Chris Brown. “I love my daughter with whatever road she takes,” Ronald Fenty told Us. “I'm behind her win or lose. If that's the road she wants to choose, I'm behind her.” As for his daughter’s allegedly abusive boyfriend, a terse Fenty told People, “I have no comment on Chris Brown.”

He sounds wise. If he wants to keep speaking to his daughter, he does not have much of a choice: He cannot say anything bad about Brown. He can say only that he supports his daughter, whatever her decision may be.
