(Newser) – This apparently isn't going away anytime soon. Rush Limbaugh today challenged Barack Obama to a debate on his radio show, Politico reports. “If these guys are so impressed with themselves, and if they are so sure of their correctness, why doesn't President Obama come on my show?" he asked. "We will do a one-on-one debate of ideas and policies.”

Limbaugh also took exception to the apparent White House strategy of going after him, likening it to the infamous "enemies list" of Richard Nixon. “Your flunkies are targeting a private citizen with an enemies list that so far has three or four names on it," Limbaugh said. Also on it are Rick Santelli and Jim Cramer of CNBC, and Joe the Plumber, he said.
